On November 24, 2020, National Flag Day was celebrated enthusiastically by teachers and students at Tajik National University.
Q.Kh. Khushvakhtzoda, rector of TNU, opened the event and congratulated all teachers, students and staff on the occasion of the National Flag Day.
Then D. Sanginov, lecturer at the faculty of law, talked about the history of our flag, including its three colors, symbols, and honorable history. He noted that the flag is the symbol of our honor, our name, our homeland and our territory.
The folk ensemble “Navruz” of the university performed national dances and songs which reminded the audience about our deep ties to our nationality and traditions.
