The training aims to support the development and implementation of new curricula that meet regional needs and changing labour market requirements, particularly in the area of ESG (environmental, social and governance) integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Main areas of focus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 ESG and sustainable development in social sciences<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Leadership, organisational transformation, risk and change management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Development and accreditation of master&#8217;s programmes in accordance with quality standards and key performance indicators<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Participatory education and responsible management practices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A visit to the environmentally sustainable campus in Savona is also planned.
