THE DELEGATION FROM LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY VISITED TNU

On January 14, 2025, a delegation from Lucknow University (Lucknow city, Uttar Pradesh, India) visited Tajik National University (TNU) to sign a Memorandum of Cooperation and discuss the prospects of collaboration. The delegation included the Vice-chancellor of Lucknow University, Professor Alok Kumar Rai, the Director of the International Department, Professor Ravindra Pratar Singh, the Dean of the Department of Management, Professor Sangeeta Sahu, the Programme Director, MBA Finance & Accounting and the Head of the Department of Commerce, Professor Audhesh Kumar, the Honorary Librarian at Tagore Library, Professor at the Department of Anthropology at Lucknow University, Keya Padni, Doctor of Physical Sciences, Professor Satendra Pal Singh and Financial Department Specialist, Himani Chaudhary.

From TNU, the meeting was attended by the First Vice-Rector, Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Rajabzoda F.K., Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation, Professor Safarmamadzoda S.M. and Vice-Rector for International Relations Gafforzoda I.G.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of scientific and academic cooperation, particularly academic exchange of students and faculty, conducting joint scientific and practical conferences and seminars, and implementing scientific projects.

At the end of the official visit, the guests visited the National Leader Museum and the Department of Indian Philology at the Faculty of Asian and European Languages, where they met with the Head of the Faculty and students.
