The economic and social sphere of the TNU functions on the basis of the regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan and local regulatory acts of the TNU.
The main tasks and directions of the economic and social sphere are: analysis of the economic situation; determination of principles and methods of socio-economic regulation; provision of working and living conditions; preparation of educational institutions for study, the creation of favorable conditions for work and education; compliance with the sanitary and hygienic condition of educational buildings; maintenance and repair of educational buildings, dormitories; installation, connection and support of access of audiences and teaching staff offices to the Internet, etc.
