Gafforzoda Ilyosjon Gaffor – Doctor of Law Sciences, Professor, Vice-Rector for International Relations

Gafforzoda Ilyosjon Gaffor was born on December 8, 1987. In 2009 he graduated from the full-time department of the Faculty of Law of Tajik National University. Worked as an assistant of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of TNU (2009-2013), Senior Lecturer of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of TNU (2013-2015), Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of TNU (2015), Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of TNU (2015), head of the department for training and work with young specialists of TNU (2015-2019).

Since 2019, he headed the Institute for Advanced Studies of Teachers of Higher Professional Education Institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan at the Tajik National University.

Gafforzoda Ilyosjon Gaffor in 2010-2013 was a postgraduate student of the Department of Civil Law of TNU, and in 2013-2015 he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of TNU with a degree in finance and credit.

In 2014 he defended his candidate dissertation on the topic “The legal nature of copyright agreements under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan”, and in 2021 he defended his doctoral dissertation on the topic “Problems of the legal status of a child under the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan: civil law studies”.

The merits of the young scientist were awarded the Ismoil Somoni Republican Prize for young scientists in the field of the humanities (2018), the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan (2015), the badge “Excellence in Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan” (2020), a certificate of honor from TNU, as well as letters of thanks and holiday medals from various structures of the country.

Gafforzoda Ilyosjon Gaffor is one of the responsible young people in search, has conducted valuable research on his scientific topics, his research has been reflected in 7 monographs, more than 20 teaching aids and over 90 scientific publications. Also, in order to participate in scientific conferences and perform scientific work, he visited a number of countries, including Russia, Germany, Austria, Italy, the People’s Republic of China, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, France and England.
