1. In honor of the 115th anniversary of Academician Bobojon Ghafurov to hold in 2023 the republican competition “Tajiks – mirror of the history of the nation.”
2. Approve the regulations, composition of the commission, prizes of the competition, questions and a list of recommended literature of the republican competition “Tajiks – mirror of the history of the nation” (Appendices 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).
3. The ministries of education and science, culture, the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, the Union of Writers of Tajikistan, committees on television and radio, youth and sports, women and family affairs, the State Institution “National Library” of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to take the necessary measures for holding this competition at a high level.
4. To the executive bodies of state power of the Badakhshan Mountainous Autonomous Province, Sughd and Khatlon provinces, the city of Dushanbe, cities and districts, heads of research institutions, institutions of primary, secondary and higher professional education to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of this order, to encourage financially and morally the winners of the competition awarded prizes in the republican round of the competition.
5. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, at the expense of the reserve fund of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan provided for 2023, to allocate to the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for the implementation of this competition 1,480,000 (one million four hundred and eighty thousand) somoni in cash.
6. The Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan shall ensure the intended use of the allocated funds and submit to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan a report on the expenses incurred.
