
From 16 February to 19 February 2025, the 15th Middle East international inventions exhibition was held in the State of Kuweit, in which representatives of TNU took part.
The opening of the exhibition was held with the participation of the Minister of Education of the State of Kuwait Dr Jalal Al-Tabtabaei, representatives of the diplomatic corps, the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Kuwait Zubaydullo Zubaydzoda, as well as representatives of research centers of Kuwait and a wide range of media.
The exhibition was attended by 197 inventors from 42 countries of the world, who presented their scientific developments in more than 50 scientific fields. The delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan included 6 scientists and inventors from the leading universities of the country, including 3 representatives of the Tajik National University:
Samikhzoda Shonavruz Rakhim — Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Engineering Academy of Tajikistan, Head of the Department of Chemical Production Technology at the Faculty of Chemistry, TNU;
Yorov Murodbeg Yorovich — Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry Teaching Methods at the Faculty of Chemistry, TNU;
Alovuddinzoda Rukhshona Mustafo — Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Deputy Director of the Research Institute at TNU.
The international jury highly appreciated the best works presented at the exhibition. 3 projects of the TNU scientists earned two gold medals (Samikhzoda S.R., Alovuddinzoda R.M.) and one silver medal (Yorov M.Y.).
It is worth noting that on February 20, 2025, the Rector of the University, Doctor of Law, Professor Nasriddinzoda E.S. congratulated the winners of the 15th Middle East international inventions exhibition and awarded them monetary prizes for their significant scientific achievements.
