On August 10, TNU Rector, Professor Q.Kh. Khushvakhtzoda had a meeting with the Deputy Ambassador of Saudi Arabia in the Republic of Tajikistan for Political Affairs Abdullah Saber. The Meeting was also attended by Vice-Rector for International Relations, Doctor of Law H.M. Mirzamonzoda.
During the meeting the state and prospects of future relations between Tajikistan and Saudi Arabia in the field of education were discussed.
TNU Rector, professor Q.Kh. Khushvakhtzoda outlined the scientific and educational potential of the university, especially in the field of Arabic studies, and considered useful proposals for expanding scientific and educational cooperation.
Abdullah Saber expressed satisfaction with the friendly relations between the two countries and noted his confidence that ” bilateral cooperation in the field of education will continue to expand.” He stressed that the Embassy is ready to consider all possible options for cooperation with the Tajik National University and provide assistance.
