IMOMOVA Nilufar

Imomova Nilufar was born on December 14, 1983 in the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2001 she entered the law faculty of the Tajik National University and graduated in 2006 with a degree in jurisprudence.
In 2006-2008, Imomova Nilufar worked as a researcher-intern at the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law of TSNU, from 2012 to 2015 – the Secretary of the Judicial Assembly of the Ismoili Somoni District, from 2015 to 2017 – an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor of the Department of Civil Law of the Faculty of Law Russian-Tajik Slavonic University, from 2017 to 2023 – head of the department of international law and comparative law, at the same time was a professor of this department of the law faculty of the Russian-Tajik Slavonic University. From May 1, 2023, in agreement with the leadership of the Tajik National University, she was appointed to the position of Vice-Rector on ubpringing issues of the University.
Imomzoda N. in 2015 defended her thesis on the topic “Deprivation of parental rights as a measure of responsibility in the family law of the Republic of Tajikistan”, and in 2022 she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic “The way to protect the rights of the child in the Republic of Tajikistan: theoretical and practical aspects”. Along with the upbringing and education of the younger generation, she also trains legal researchers, and at the same time is a participant in a number of important scientific and cultural events at the national and international level, especially in the direction of promoting the state policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan – to improve the position and status of women in society.
The results of the scientific and creative activity of N. Imomzoda is reflected in more than 50 scientific and popular articles and abstracts of articles, textbooks and programs of specialized and general education courses. She is the author of various academic and educational books, including Family Law, International Law and Private International Law. Married, has three children.
