On June 23, 2021, a Republican scientific and practical conference on the theme “Actual problems of professional development of teachers of higher educational institutions in the period of independence”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 10th anniversary of the Institute for Training of Advanced Teachers of higher educational institutions under TNU was held at TNU.
Distinguished invitees included Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Imomzoda M.S., Rector of the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University Khojazoda T.A., executive director of the Branch of the Lomonosov Moscow State University in Dushanbe Ganiev R.G..
Rector of the university, professor Khushvakhtzoda Q. Kh. opened the conference and cordially greeted the organizers, participants and guests of the conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and the 10th anniversary of the Institute for Training of Advanced Teachers of higher educational institutions under TNU.
Rector noted that in 30 years of State Independence in the Republic of Tajikistan, was the beginning of a qualitatively new historical stage, and we have achieved remarkable results in the political, economic, educational and cultural spheres.
This has been reflected in the establishment of the Institute for Advanced Studies of Higher Educational Institutions Teachers at the Tajik National University (TNU), which was established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on March 3, 2011 under No. 124 in order to improve the level of knowledge and skills of teachers.
