Today, October 27, 2025, as part of strengthening cooperation between the Republic of Tajikistan and the Italian Republic, a delegation from the international organization, led by the coordinator of the “Italy-Central Asia” ministerial meeting at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Federico Failla, visited the Tajik National University (TNU).
During the visit, the delegation held a meeting with the leadership of TNU, including the First Vice-Rector, the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Professor Rajabzoda F.K., as well as other university representatives.
The meeting focused on issues related to expanding bilateral cooperation and strengthening ties in key areas such as science, education, and culture. The possibilities for joint work within the framework of international forums dedicated to economic development, innovation, technology, and climate change were also discussed.
The parties emphasized the importance of holding joint events and scientific forums aimed at developing these areas. It is expected that such initiatives will contribute to the deepening of mutually beneficial relations between educational institutions in Tajikistan and Italy, as well as open new opportunities for scientific and cultural exchanges.
