After the exhibition of “Innovative Development of International Chinese language Education” TNU delegation took part in the opening session of the World Chinese Language Conference.
During the opening session, the Rector of TNU, Professor Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht made a report on the activities of the Confucius Institute at TNU. Rector noted that the Confucius Institute at the Tajik National University is a unique Tajik-Chinese scientific and educational center. The Confucius Institute at TNU was created on the basis of the constructive policies of the top leadership of the two countries and the fruitful cooperation of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Education of the Republic of Tajikistan and Xinjiang Normal University.
Thanks to the joint efforts, the Confucius Institute of the Tajik National University has been rated as a “Global Advanced Confucius Institute” and awarded the title of “Excellent Test Center for the International Qualifying Examination for Chinese Language HSK” three times.
Over the 15 years of its activity, more than 38,000 students have been studied Chinese language at this Institute.
It was noted that this conference is an opportunity to develop international relations, study best practices, develop joint programs and find modern ways of scientific and educational work through innovative programs.
The World Chinese Language Conference consisted of three sections, namely “Resource and Digitalization Zone”, “ChinesePlus Zone” and “International Exchange Zone”
