While presenting the diploma of Honorary Doctor and the traditional robe, TNU’s rector noted that the holder of this title has the right to attend Academic Council meetings, give lectures, conduct research, and participate in conferences, symposia, and scientific readings.
In turn, Professor Khalmurodov expressed his sincere gratitude for the honor, emphasizing that this recognition is primarily a reflection of respect for the core values of science, education, and enlightenment. He also thanked the leadership and the large faculty and student body of TNU for their warm and sincere reception.
The meeting concluded with the presentation of commemorative gifts to the honored guest and a vibrant cultural program by the “Navruz” ensemble.
