On June 24, 2025, Tajik National University hosted a republican scientific-theoretical conference titled “School of Unity of the Leader of Nation”, dedicated to the celebration of National Unity Day.
The event began with an opening address by First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Faridun Rajabzoda, who emphasized the significance of National Unity Day as a symbol of peace, harmony, and stability in the modern history of Tajikistan. He highlighted the pivotal role of the Nation’s Leader, Emomali Rahmon, in guiding the country through challenging times toward development and progress.
The conference featured presentations by leading scholars, including:
- Dr. Sangin Gulov, Candidate of Philological Sciences, who spoke on “Leader of the Nation – Leader of Unity”;
- Professor Karomatullo Olimov, Doctor of Philosophy, who presented “National Unity as the Foundation for the Development of an Independent State”;
- Dr. Shomakhmad Sharipov, Candidate of Historical Sciences, who discussed “The Consistent Efforts of the Nation’s Leader Emomali Rahmon in Achieving National Unity.”
Speakers underscored the critical importance of national unity as a cornerstone for sustainable development and lasting peace in the country.
The conference concluded with a cultural program organized by the Navruz Ensemble.
