On October 28 this year was held 6th Congress of Teachers and Educators of the CIS Member States “CIS Educational Space as Strategic Source of Sustainable Development” at the National Library of Tajikistan. Also in a frame of this event will be held first Festival of pedagogical skills of teachers and educators of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which will be attended by teachers and educators from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
The opening ceremony of the congress began with welcoming speech by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan – Imomzoda Muhammadyusuf Saydali. Further, the plenary session continued with speeches by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tajikistan – Sattoriyon Matlubahon Amonzoda, Advisor to the Department of Humanitarian Cooperation, General Political and Social Problems of the CIS Executive Committee – Galina Nikolaevna Kazak, Co-Chair of the Board of the Interstate Fund for Humanitarian Cooperation of the CIS Member States, Representative of the Russian Federation in the Council on humanitarian cooperation of the CIS member states, special representative of the President of the Russian Federation for international cultural cooperation – Mikhail Efimovich Shvydko, authorized representative of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan – Safarzod Bakhtovar Safarzod, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia – Andreasyan Zhanna Aramovna, Deputy Minister Education of the Republic of Belarus – Kadlubay Alexander Vladimirovich, First Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Karinova Sholpan Tanatovna, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic – Dzhusupbekova Nadira Syntashevna, First Deputy Minister of Education of the Russian Federation – Bugaev Alexander Vyacheslavovich, Deputy Chairman of Dushanbe – Mavsuma Muini, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan – Imomzoda Muhammadyusuf Saydali, Research Institute of A. Avloni of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Pardaeva Mehrinisso Doniyarovna.
Further, the work of the congress was divided into 5 sections:1. Determination of effective ways to ensure affordable and quality education at all levels and digitalization in education.2. State and prospects of development of pedagogical science in the CIS countries.3. Innovative approaches to the implementation of professional standards of teacher and organization of educational work in educational institutions of CIS countries.4. Activation and development of partnerships between educational organizations of the CIS member states in order to strengthen international humanitarian cooperation in the CIS space.5. Interaction in the development, dissemination and preservation of the Russian language as the most important means of integration of the CIS member states.In a frame of the congress, 19 teachers and educators from the CIS countries were solemnly awarded the title “Excellence in Education of the Commonwealth of Independent States” and awarded medals. For the guests of the capital were organized excursions to the National Museum of Tajikistan, the Kokhi Navruz Palace, as well as visit to the Presidential Lyceum for gifted children in Dushanbe, where special program was prepared for them.On October 29, in a frame of the Congress, the Festival of Pedagogical Skills of Teachers and Educators of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States opened its work. The event opened with award ceremony in the categories “Teacher”, “Educator” and “Psychologist / Social Educator”.At the end of the festival, participants will be awarded commemorative diplomas.The congress of teachers and educators of the CIS is held every two years and contributes to the development of integration processes, an active search for new forms and mechanisms of cooperation between the CIS countries in the field of education.
