On December 6, 2023, the TNU delegation led by the TNU Rector, Professor Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht paid a working visit to the People’s Republic of China (PRC).
TNU delegation visited Xinjiang Pedagogical University in Urumqi and met the Universities Rector.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the issues of expanding the cooperation between Tajik National University and Xinjiang Pedagogical University in the field of education and science, students and lecturer’s academic mobility, Chinese language courses, joint educational programs, implementation of scientific projects and conferences.
TNU delegation also had a tour across the campus and had the opportunity to get acquainted with the peculiarities of structure and functioning of the university, visit the library, classes and research centers.
During this visit, TNU Rector, Professor Khushvakhtzoda Qobiljon Khushvakht also met with students from the Republic of Tajikistan studying at this university.
