On 29 October of this year, in the National Library of Tajikistan in a frame of the VI Congress of Teachers and Educators of the CIS Member States “The Educational Space of the Commonwealth of Independent States – a Strategic Source of Sustainable Development” was held first Festival of Pedagogical Skills of Teachers and Educators of the CIS Member States which was attended by teachers and educators from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
At the opening ceremony of the Festival spoke Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan – Imomzoda Muhammadyusuf Saydali, Advisor of the Department of Humanitarian Cooperation, General Political and Social Issues of the CIS Executive Committee – Galina N. Kazak, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia – Andreasyan Zhanna Aramovna, Deputy Minister of Education of the Republic of Belarus – Kadlubay Alexander Vladimirovich, First Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Karinova Sholpan Tanatovna, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic – Dzhusupbekova Nadira Syntashevna, Deputy Director of the Research Institute named after A. Avloni of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Pardaeva Mehrinisso Doniyarovna, Deputy Ministers of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan – Muhammaddovud Salomiyon Kayum and Ganizoda Gulchekhra Gani.
In his speech, Muhammadyusuf Saydali, Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, emphasized that “education is priority in Tajikistan, and the teacher has high position and authority.”Galina Nikolaevna, Adviser of the Department of Humanitarian Cooperation, General Political and Social Problems of the Executive Committee of the CIS, noted that the initiative to hold the first Festival of Pedagogical Skills of Teachers and Educators in the CIS was proposed back in 2017 by the Republic of Belarus, and today it was implemented by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan in Dushanbe.
During the Festival experts were awarded in 3 nominations: “Teacher”, “Educator” and “Psychologist / Social Teacher”. The jury selected teachers and school psychologists who have vast experience in their professional teaching activities.As a result of the Festival, 27 teachers, trainers and psychologists were awarded with special diplomas.In her closing speech, Galina Nikolaevna, Advisor to the Department of Humanitarian Cooperation, General Political and Social Problems of the CIS Executive Committee, summed up the work and said that the VII Congress of Teachers and Educators of the CIS would be held in Kazakhstan.
