The World Directory of Medical Schools was developed through a partnership between the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) and the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER ® ), a member of Intelth. The World Directory of Medical Schools aims to list all the medical schools in the world with accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive information about each school. Their goals are to help future students and medical regulators make informed decisions about medical schools and their graduates, and to inform researchers and members of the public about the characteristics of existing and past medical education programs around the world.
It is gratifying to note that on December 12, 2023, the Faculty of Medicine of the Tajik National University was included in the World Directory of Medical Schools. We congratulate the entire teaching staff and students of the Tajik National University on this significant event.
