TNU IS AMONG THE 401-450 BEST UNIVERSITIES OUT OF 760 UNIVERSITIES

The British international ranking company Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) has announced the ranking of the best universities in Asia – 2023 (QS World University Rankings: Asia 2023). According to the QS World University Rankings: Asia 2023, the Tajik National University (TNU) is among the 401-450 best universities out of 760 universities.

QS ranking methodology is based on the analysis of such key indicators as academic reputation, employer reputation, faculty student, staff with a PhD, citation per paper, paper per faculty, international research network, international faculty and students, as well as student exchanges.

TNU has 19 faculties, 125 departments, 124 specialties, scientific –research  institute, Lyceum with direction of natural science and mathematics, E-library, Institute for advanced training of teachers of higher educational institutions, Biotechnological centre, Technological park, Confucius cultural centre, Scientific- research  and academic laboratories, Internet centers, computer classes, language studies, more than 10 centers of educational and research services, 3 experimental bases, Medical center and Sports grounds.

TNU has cooperation agreements with more than 350 foreign universities and institutes.

TNU has more than 2,500 faculty staff and almost 23,000 students.
